How To Get This Qualification
You can get this qualification by taking the following steps:
● Complete our Enrolment Application Form online by clicking here.
● Take our Initial Assessment. The purpose of our initial assessment is to determine the level of your current qualification, experience, prior learning and the extra support you may need during the course. Take your initial assessment by clicking here.
● After the result of your initial assessment, sign our learning agreement, including joining instruction
● As soon as we receive your payment with your learning agreement, we will start you on the course. Your personal Tutor/Assessor will get in touch with you and hold an induction meeting with you
Course Delivery
This course can only be delivered face-to-face at our approved center in London
Progression Learners could progress to:
• QNUK Level 3 Award in Understanding Security Management (RQF)
• QNUK Level 3 Award in Security Management (RQF)
• QNUK Level 3 Award in Retail Loss Prevention (RQF)
Entry Qualifications Requirements
Learners taking their Door Supervision training for the first time will need to show that they hold a current and valid First Aid or Emergency First Aid certificate that meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
Course Structure The course will cover the following the units
• Principles of Working in the Private Security Industry
• Principles of Working as a Door Supervisor in the Private Security Industry
• Application of Conflict Management in the Private Security Industry
• Application of Physical Intervention Skills in the Private Security Industry
Assessment Methods Assessment is by a combination of assignments, examination and portfolio evidence.
